As a business development manager, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position.

You may work across different businesses and initiatives in B2B and B2C. This role is also very sales oriented involving; creating sales pipeline, increasing sales of of the business, carry out forecasts, develop sales strategy.

As a business development manager, you'll need to:

Working Hours.

You can choose your working hours, the most important thing is to be able to communicate weekly goals and meet them within the overall company strategy and timeline.

****We are kicking this off as a contracted position, and can lead into a permanent position.

Qualifications.

A degree is not essential for this role as some business development managers work their way up through an organisation, gaining experience in a sales or marketing role and undertaking work-based training. You just need the tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
