How's work at Devcenter?
100% remote. At Devcenter, you don't ever have to come to an office because we don't have one. We prefer you work at where you want and where you are most productive. Remote collaboration looks different than in-person. We communicate asynchronously and the team is built on trust. We also don't like many meetings; the most is a bi-weekly or weekly 1:1 with your manager and we have an "All-hands" with the entire team once a week.
Finally, yes we are a company based in Lagos, Nigeria.
